How the Process Works

Finished Kibble
The process begins with the manufacturer’s existing finished kibble, selected according to the desired product concept.

Adhesion Layer
A controlled adhesion layer is applied to the kibble surface to prepare it for functional ingredient deposition.

Functional Deposit
Selected functional ingredients are deposited onto the prepared surface and distributed across the kibble.

The result is a functional kibble concept combining the existing nutritional foundation with a new functional surface layer.
